Tina's Table

To start the evening, Tina will have a gourmet Charcuterie with assorted meats, cheese, fruits and spreads

Chicken Marsala
A delicious, classic Italian-American chicken dish. Lightly coated chicken breasts braised with Marsala wine and mushrooms and mixture of Tina’s  herb seasoning flair.

Crisp Garden Harvest Salad
A compliment to our main dish, this is a garden flavor sensation of Romaine Lettuce, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Peas, Tomato and Green onions tossed in Tina’s  Italian Dressing.

Smokey Cheese Whipped Potatoes
An old favorite with a twist. Featuring a NY State Cuba Cheese found here at Honeymoon Trail Winery incorporated into this classic dish.

Green Beans Almondine
Crisp-tender green beans coated in a simple sauce of sweet creamy butter, fresh lemon juice, and toasted almonds.

Dessert
Vanilla ice cream topped with a chocolate bourbon glaze and a chocolate covered strawberry. Served in an edible chocolate bag

Your meal will be accompanied with short demos of how was your meal is prepared with each course. There will be live music while you enjoy your dinner.
